For those people who are unaware, Wightlink is possibly being investigated by the OFT.

Wightlink is supposedly the largest operator of ferries in the UK, operating three routes: one car ferry service to and from Portsmouth and Fishbourne, another car ferry service to and from Lymington and Yarmouth, and a passenger service to and from Portsmouth and Ryde Pier. 

Macquarie aquired 100 percent holding of wightlink in 2005
